Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Business Development, you’ll manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare reports, and provide general administrative support. You will also handle sensitive issues with discretion and assist in various projects.

Essential Job Functions:
 Schedule Management: Plan and coordinate appointments for the SVP of Business Development, ensuring that the schedule is followed and respected.• Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries, meetings, and agendas. Prepare and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
 Project Management: Assist with special projects and manage timelines, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
 Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure appropriate follow-up on urgent matters.
 Meeting Coordination: Help coordinate senior management meetings, preparing agendas and reports.
 General Administrative Tasks: Complete a variety of day-to-day office functions and reports.
Qualifications:
 Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. An Associate’s degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
 Experience: 0-1 year of experience in an administrative support role.

 Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
 High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and other healthcare-related software.

Additional Requirements:
 Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
 Strong problem-solving skills and emotional maturity.
 A proactive and resourceful approach to work, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
