The Department of Justice (DOJ) is looking to fill Attorney and Assistant United States Attorney positions. Key Responsibilities:
› Represent the U.S. in civil or criminal cases, providing legal counsel and advocacy in court.
› Prepare and present legal documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings.
› Work closely with government agencies to offer legal advice and ensure compliance with federal laws.
› Conduct research, draft opinions, and contribute to legal strategy development.
Qualifications:
› U.S. citizenship or a national, or someone who owes allegiance to the U.S.
› Must pass a drug test.
› Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
› Experience in litigation or providing legal counsel within a government or public sector environment.
› Proficiency in legal research, case management, and federal court procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
› Experience working in federal courts.
› Familiarity with federal legal frameworks, including knowledge of policies governing federal agencies.
› Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation cases and provide high-quality legal advice.

Salary Range:
› $59,319 - $152,771 per year
