Mission:
As a Project Engineer at Hitachi Energy, you will design, communicate, and implement operational plans for complex engineering projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. This role includes overseeing project schedules, budgets, and specifications, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical support for customers. You will also mentor junior engineers, participate in design reviews, and contribute to process improvements.
› Deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
› Lead design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
› Support process and product improvements.
› Provide technical support to customers and coordinate testing.
› Mentor and train entry-level engineers.
› Must have work authorization to work in the U.S.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
› Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
› 5+ years of relevant experience.
› Strong organizational and communication skills.
› Programming skills (SQL, Power BI) are a plus.
› Familiarity with AutoCAD, Creo, and simulation tools (FEA) is a plus.
› Experience with distribution transformers is preferred.
