Mission:
As a Supplier Quality Engineer at Safran, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of suppliers' products and processes. You’ll lead quality audits, manage supplier performance, and support quality improvement initiatives in line with aerospace regulations (FAA/EASA/AS9100).

Responsibilities:

› Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with Safran and regulatory requirements.
› Manage and monitor supplier performance and improvement plans.
› Support APQP process and resolve quality issues through methodologies like PFMEA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.

Qualifications:
› Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
› Strong knowledge of quality systems (DOE, PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC).
› Proficiency in spreadsheet software, databases, project management tools, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
› Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in team settings.
› Familiarity with industry standards such as AS9100 and APQP.

Preferred:
› Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industries.
› Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
› Must be able to travel as needed (up to 33%).
