Position Overview:

Nestlé Purina, a leader in the pet care industry, is seeking an Expert Project Engineer to join our innovative and forward-thinking team. As an Expert Project Engineer, you will take charge of managing large-scale capital projects from concept to completion. You will be the key communicator among stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of project execution including design, construction, commissioning, and verification are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and manage pre-project approval documents, including project charter, management plans, estimates, and schedules.
 Ensure adherence to design progress and project key deliverables.
 Coordinate with the design team to develop bid packages for construction and oversee field execution.
 Direct installation, construction, and commissioning for assigned projects.
 Manage project milestones, scope, and secure necessary approvals for any changes.
 Provide hands-on construction management and plant start-up support to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, military, or a related environment.
 1+ year of experience leading a team is preferred.

Compensation:
 Estimated pay range from $113,000 to $130,000. Compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, and geographic location. Nestlé offers competitive benefits, including a 401k match, healthcare, and performance-based incentives.
